IBMA is a non-profit music association that connects, educates, and empowers bluegrass professionals

IBMA World of Bluegrass® facilitates the growth and development of the bluegrass music community, from professional to fan. This goal is accomplished through four main components: business conference, showcases, awards show, and the music festival.  

During the two-day festival, you will find some of the best in bluegrass music across downtown Raleigh, from the main stage at the Red Hat Amphitheater to the street stages on Fayetteville Street. Check out the 2024 main stage lineup on the website!

Our festival brings thousands of attendees across the world to the streets of Raleigh to enjoy music, food & beverage, arts & crafts, family fun, and more! Sections of Fayetteville Street will be closed off during Friday & Saturday for our main thoroughfare of vendors and activities.

NOTE:  Events are happening September 24 – September 28, 2024. NOTE:  The Festival where you will find amazing merchants and artists is September 27-28 (Friday and Saturday)
