If you are dissatisfied with how any item you purchase from Cape Woolamai Mercantile Co. performs in relation to the expectations set by a Cape Woolamai Outpost, or here at CapeWool.com, for any reason other than accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear, you may return the item within one (1) year of the purchase date, for exchange, refund, or store credit.
- “Accidental Damage or Misuse” includes such things as, but not limited to: fire or flood, punctures, breakage, abnormal tears, stains, animal damage, and alteration of the product.
- Performance lifecycles vary based on product type, materials used, and intended use. Our Customer Care Team assesses “Normal Wear and Tear” based on the combination of these factors each individual product.
- “Gift Protection Guarantee”: Include your receipt, a redacted copy of the receipt, or the packing slip, with any gift you give to transfer any Manufacturer’s Warranty and this Performance Guarantee to the gift recipient.
