Aussie Merino Wool is water repellant, but vapor absorbent. Meaning, your socks will not absorb the water when you’re out in the wet, or stay drenched in sweat as you hustle through your hectic Life. Aussie Merino can wick away and retain up to 35% of its dry weight in moisture (water vapor) without your socks or feet feeling damp. After that, the wool vents any additional moisture away from your feet. Wool strives to adopt and maintain the temperature of its immediate environment. In this case, your body temperature.
